I’ve wanted one for a long time but hard to justify the outlay these days until you see how it takes an unremarkable piece of beef and turns it into melt in your mouth fall of the fork deliciousness.Being able to leave it alone and not have to keep checking on it is part of what convinced me to finally try one out because my legs are not up to constant checks these days so that is a big help.The steamer on top is literally like the cherry on a cake you love, while in the final stage of cooking the meat you can steam those veggies at the same time and have everything all come together beautifully.Add in the fact that it comes apart very easily making cleaning a doddle and you have the perfect kitchen helper, dare I say its almost a kitchen essential?

Bought this item in January and it has broken already, very disappointed as it hasn’t been used all that much in 6 months, no easy way to contact the seller about this!!

The wife’s face when she saw this. Not only is this slow cooker but a steamer too and a good one at that. The wife already has separate slow cooker and steamer, so now to do 2 in 1 is ideal for her. The wife’s words… this is so easy to use and very well made. It cooks the beef joints perfectly. What she did was also place the veg on top when the beef was nearly done, so both were just about done at the same time.She absolutely loves this. Well done, Vitinni
