Must Have für Salate und Low Carb Ernährung
🤢 Also klare Kaufempfehlung! 👍🏻

    ok
    Saugnapf hält nichts, ansonsten gut

    Absolute Kaufempfehlung!

Brieftons has super-fast shipping, outstanding products and customer service, and this 7-Blade spiralizer is a joy to operate. It is: easy to use; ultra-responsive, fast-working; and bundled with 7 super-sharp Blades. This is their most comprehensive spiralizer, to date (2018)!NOTE: Brieftons is one of the very few spiralizers on the market today that offers a 7-Blade model. Brieftons anticipates that what people spiralize today will change as their spiralizing needs change in the future. Therefore, having more Blades to choose from is a necessity. For example, I have never seen or used a Wavy Slicer Blade before. Because I have tried this new Blade on this unit, and love it, I will now always use it to make home-made crinkle potato chips. If you have a (hot) air-fryer or a convection or regular oven, you will now be able to make your own, healthier potato chips. This one Blade then revolutionizes what you can create to eat in your own food repertoire and diet! Spiralizers that come with only 3 Blades, for example, are now limited as to what spiralizer buyers can and will be able to produce in the future. Therefore, having more spiralizer Blades means having more ways to expand a buyer’s food choices – now and in the future – to prepare healthier food for all types of recipes, which spiralizers as a whole are supposed to do!A. GENERAL NOTES:1. Take the spiralizer out of the box. Note that the unit comes 99% assembled (but first, the plastic caddy needs to slide off of the Platform rails). THE VEGETABLE HOLDER NEEDS TO BE SCREWED INTO THE HANDLE ON THE PLATFORM. (See the Manual, on page 3 at the bottom.) The 7-Blade is easy to store, with 4 extra Blades held in the plastic Blade Storage Caddy/ container, while 2 other Blades are kept under the unit and a third is inserted into the Blade Rack. The 7 Blades are: 2mm, 3mm, 5 mm, 12 mm, the Flat Slicer, the Wavy Slicer, and the Curly Fry Blade.2. Wash the unit and all 7 Blades in warm, soapy water to remove any industrial any manufacturing residue that might exist. Then, dry everything fully before using.3. Some olive oil should be rubbed on the Platform slide and then, the slide tracks should be oiled to eliminate squeaks and to allow constant ease in spiralizing. Reapply when needed.4. For spiralizing, I don’t use the light-green Side Handle because it is more comfortable for me to use my left hand, instead, to hold the Blade plate secured into the Rack. Some people, however, may find that using the side handle is more comfortable for them.5. To more securely grasp the food, you may want to stab/ poke food ends before inserting them into the Holder on one side and the small, round, metal Spindle core on the Blade plate, on the other end.6. Use a large square plate, a thin cutting board, or a cut-resistant food mat to collect food.7. Brieftons spiralizers typically produce 3-5+ foot-long food spirals, which are beautiful to see coming out of the unit and are great for dinner party guests to see to go ‘ooh and aah’. I sometimes take the kitchen shears, however, to cut down the lengths, to make them easier to eat. Using these shears is a safe activity that children could do to help out their parents when they spiralize.8. Always peel hard foods like sweet potato, first, to make them faster to spiralize. I use the Brieftons super-sharp Vegetable Peeler (also with Japanese #420 stainless steel blades) when I peel any food. I then toss all peels into our food (as well as cores, etc.).9. Note that there is a very practical Platform slide safety mechanism, which stops this slide slightly before reaching the Rack (with the food in the Blade), preventing the Platform slide from running into the teeth of the Holder and damaging them; this is one feature that many spiralizers don’t have, and it is an important one to have to save time by not having to think about when to stop working. In essence, throughout the entire spiralizing process, the user starts and uses the unit with speed, and finally stops with ease.10. Blade insertion and removal is so easy, yet the Blades lock securely into the Blade Rack base on the Body, to protect the user and surrounding people who are nearby, from having unsecured blades pop out and do injury.11. Note that the Blades are super-sharp, so they must be handled with care. As a precaution, the user may want to wear special gloves that are: cut-resistant/ cut-proof, ‘no-cut’, safety (stainless steel) when handling and cutting while using sharp objects like knives and blades.12. When the unit is flipped over, there is 1 big rubber Suction Pad on the right side, under the Lock Lever, with a rubberized light-green bumper on the edge under the Rack; both are needed to secure the unit down onto the counter/ marble cutting board. Watch my vid and note that this spiralizer (like all Brieftons tabletop units) picks up my 11.25 pound (5 kilo) marble cutting board with ease. This means that the Pad is strong enough to do work. Thus, it is imperative to keep the Suction Pad and the cutting board surface always clean before doing any work.13. When securing the Suction Pad onto the marble board/ non-porous counter, be sure to firmly grasp the unit Lock Lever to be able to have adequate shoulder/ arm strength to push the Lever DOWN to secure the Pad. (See the Manual at the top of page 6.)14. Cleaning is done by using a small, soft brush to remove food bits from the Blades, the unit Holder, and the Spirilizer Body under running tap water, and then adding DISH SOAP and BAKING SODA all the while brushing and cleaning the Blades under the tap constantly. For foods that stain (sweet potatoes, carrots, beets, etc.), after removing the food bits with the brush and washing with the dish soap and baking soda, form a paste with these 2 items: let them sit for 20 minutes, scrub these areas with the brush, and rinse. Repeat at 20 minute intervals if needed until all stains are removed. Doing this seems to temper the plastic to guard against having to do many future paste intervals. (This is a similar process to tempering a wok [maybe redoing it every so often], in order to create a pan that doesn’t stick in the future.)15. NOTE: Because the accompanying video to this written review is less than 10 minutes long, I had many new things to cover with this review. Therefore, I had to drop some spiralizing that I usually do. Read and watch my other 2 Brieftons reviews to see me spiralize these foods and do these things.1. [See page 10 of the Manual.] The result will be noodles instead of long, flat spiral-like noodles.)2. the Wavy Slicer Blade for making: crinkled potato chips (Take a sharp knife and slit 1 ditch on one side of the food down the center before spiralizing. Watch my accompanying video to see how this buyer (me) walks you through using it.Pizza Recipe for Brieftons Spiralizers and the Presto Pizzazz Plus Pizza OvenCRUST CHOICE & INGREDIENTS FOR FRESH PIZZAS:Note: This a chewy, rather than crispy crust; many people also like heavy pizzas similar to those that are Chicago Deep-Dish, with lots of toppings but without the extra crust. This pizza recipe is, therefore, not like the Mediterranean-area pizzas, which have fewer toppings and less weight. (Note: This pizza is heavy!)This recipe crust choice is pre-made 14 oz. pizza dough (without preservatives) from the store. (Or the dough can be homemade.)INGREDIENTS:EVOO (extra virgin olive oil); oatmeal flour (made in the food processor from Quick Oats for pre-made dough); ½ of a 6 oz. jar of basil pesto sauce (store-bought or fresh); 1/2 jar of a 10 oz. tomato pesto sauce (store-bought or fresh); 2-4 cups of left-over slow cooker stir-fry and chicken in tomato sauce; freshly spiralized vegetables: zucchini, green bell and red bell peppers, onion, etc.; and packaged or freshly-grated cheese (mozzarella, parmesan, etc.)PIZZA-MAKING APPLIANCES/ TOOLS:1. A Brieftons counter-top spiralizer;2. A counter-top appliance pizza oven like the Presto Pizzazz Plus (or regular oven, outside grill, outside pizza oven, etc.);3. A metal pizza peel (11.8” (W) X 14.1”(L)/ 21” including the extended movable handle) X 1.3” (H), the total height of the peel, handle, and screw)4. 1 wooden spatula;5. a 12” aluminum pizza pan (used as a liner pan to fit inside of the rotating tray of the counter-top pizza oven to preserve it or as the main pizza pan for the oven or other device);6. a large 16” X 14” hardwood chopping board (acacia, maple, etc.) – with drain ditch all around the board – flipped over on its smooth, opposite side to get rid of the drain indentation, so that it doesn’t hinder cutting pizzas;7. a 4” metal pizza cutter; and8. a silicon basting brush to swirl EVOO on the aluminum pizza panDIRECTIONS – FRESH, SPIRALIZED VEGETABLE & CHICKEN PIZZA WITH STORE-BOUGHT OR HOME-MADE DOUGH:A. PREPARATION STEPS FOR THE DOUGH AND ADDING THE TOPPINGS:(*Note: Spiralize all of the vegetables as a prep stage before starting the following steps or do it the day before. Step *8 requires that this be done beforehand.)1. Remove the store-bought dough from the refrigerator to warm up at least 4 hours before making the pizza. (Or make your own dough. Note that there is no need to roll out the crust in this recipe.)2. Take the silicone basting brush and swirl EVOO all over the inside of the 12” aluminum pizza pan (this will be placed inside of the pizza oven rotating pan if you use one; if not, it will be used inside of your oven or other device). Sprinkle some oatmeal flour onto the greased aluminum pan, so that the dough doesn’t stick when it bakes.3. Open up the package of the warmed-up dough (or make your own), be sure to EVOO all over your hands, and then place the dough in an EVOO-greased bowl. With all fingers, press down the ball in the center and let the dough repeatedly work up all bowl sides with your fingertips, flipping it several times in the bowl, and continuing until the center part of the dough thins. Then, with both hands, lift the thinned-out cushion and begin finger-kneading it in the air, letting the dough hang and expand while you finger-press it and manipulate it from the center to the edge with your fingertips. Be sure to especially work on the thicker parts in the center, working downward/ outward while slowly rotating the lengthening disk to thin out the crust. This may take about 5-10 minutes, depending on how warm the dough is and how fast you work.4. Place the partially stretched-out dough on the oiled and floured pan. Starting in the middle, use your fingertips to press/stretch the dough out to all of the sides evenly to touch the edge of the pan, evening the crust out as you do so. Then, take your fingertips to press all around the outer ¼” of the dough (this process resembles a string of pearls in which each pearl is the indentation of each fingertip, all ‘strung together’ around the pan). This helps keep the dough stretched and also forms a ‘crust-like’ section that will be exposed but won’t be covered with any toppings.5. Take a fork and prick all around on the crust bed (but not the outer ¼” that will be exposed). The fork pricks keep the dough from developing air bubbles while the crust bakes.6. Spoon out ½ jar each of the commercial basil and tomato pestos (or your own) in the center of the crust. Then, use a spoon to mix and spread the combined pestos out to the crust edge but leaving the outer ¼” edge clean.7. Next, use a spoon to evenly place about 2-4 cups of slow-cooker leftover stir-fry vegetables mixed with diced chicken bits in tomato sauce all around the pie.*8. After that, add copious amounts of the vegetable spirals (zucchini, red and green bell peppers, and onions, etc.) made from your Brieftons spiralizer during prep time all over the pie.9. Sprinkle on grated cheese (parmesan, mozzarella, etc.) over the other toppings.10. At this point, note that this aluminum pizza pan will be heavy with all of the toppings, so lift the pan up with both hands and carefully place it inside of the counter-top pizza rotating pan (or in the oven, or other device). We use the Presto Pizzazz Plus pizza oven.B. THE BAKING PROCESS WITH RAW DOUGH CRUSTS:11. Bake for the amount of time as per specifications. (With the Presto Pizzazz Plus, a counter-top pizza oven, the pizza is cooked on the LOWER dial placement for 13-14 minutes. Then, on the DUAL dial placement, the pizza is baked for the final 13-14 minutes. For baking the pizza in a regular oven or other device, consult the pizza recipe of your choice for baking times.)12. When the pizza is finished baking, the entire aluminum pan is lifted up and off of the pizza oven tray (or out of the oven or other device) with the metal peel in one hand and a wooden spatula in the other; next, the pan is placed down on the wooden cutting board. After that, take the wooden spatula and run it around the edges of the pan, to loosen up the crust, continuing this activity into the center of the pie. At this point, the aluminum pan is tilted down (using a pot holder), so that the entire pie slides down and out of the pan with help of the wooden spatula with the other hand. Because the pie needs to rest for a minute or two to be firm enough to cut the pizza, use this time to place the aluminum pan in the sink, wash it with warm, soapy water, and immediately towel dry it.13. Finally, the pizza is ready to cut. Take the pizza cutter and slice the pizza.Using your Brieftons counter-top spiralizer with all of your favorite vegetables should turn a good meal into a treasured weekly meal. If a group of people is large or there are many guests, have several spiralizers and counter-top pizza ovens, and let everyone design and make their own pies, with the exact toppings that they like. (One of my friends has 3 Presto Pizzazz Plus pizza ovens, so that everyone in her family can make their own pizzas, bake them, and eat together at the same time.)Brieftons inspires healthy, delicious, creative meals. Home-made pizza is only one of them.

I received my Brieftons 7-Blade Spiralizer very speedily by courier, strongly boxed, and I’m amazed to find such high quality at this price point, with free delivery too … the Briefton is a superbly presented tool, and so well made, (a huge bonus to find in a world where Far Eastern knock-offs so often disappoint).I am also very impressed with Briefton’s PDF files and videos online. Their website is a treasure trove. My early experiments have been promising, and I’m sure it’ll help me replace the pasta I can’t eat with better veggie alternatives. I have no hesitation in recommending this kit, it’s top quality and the handle turning, blade replacement and cleaning up tasks are simple, intuitive and secure, though the manual is a must-read. A little imagination allows the production of so many recipe variations. By making large surface area spirals, I’m sure it’ll work great to make inputs my dehydrator. I always take care, but any fears about sharp parts can be solved by acquiring thick nitrile or Kevlar gloves. My only recommend to the firm is that the 12 page guide included, though very informative and comprehensive, being in A5 format, its very small print is a bit tough on my ageing eyes. I scanned it in the end, which worked well.I can’t find a PDF for the main booklet on their site, but perhaps they’ll add that to the others. There ARE many other useful videos and booklets on their site, though, and on other web sites too. The main online recipe sites show lots of results on a „spiralizer“ search. This kit is certainly not merely for vegans or vegetarians, and the results look truly appetizing. It’s fun to use, and I look forward to many spiralizing sessions with every potentiallly spiralizable vegetable.I shall certainly use it on the mooli radish in my kimchi, and for some fancy looking sauerkraut and fermented carrots.

Es un excelente producto sus cuchillas fáciles de limpiar y además de fácil manejo es un regalo a mi mamá y le encanto muy recomendable

I used two times so far and I’m happy that I chose this product. It’s a lot smaller than I expected which is good. I don’t like big kitchen gadgets to cover half of table. Very good product, easy to use and easy to clean. It comes with its own storage box which is nice.
